CS 2-P Polyethylene Bike Locker

The CS 2-P is our most popular style of bike locker. This rotationally molded polyethylene unit is perfect for a variety of climates and is essentially maintenance-free.

Design Features

Unique one-piece body design eliminates separate side, roof, and common wall panels offering advantages over competitor's multi-panel bicycle locker designs.

Creative Pipe lockers:

  • Can stand alone or in a linear fashion without the use of common walls
  • Do not require nuts & bolts to attach roof panels to side panels
  • Do not have seams/gaps between side panels & top panels, eliminating leakage
  • Shipped 100% assembled therefore eliminating installation costs and labour

Construction

  • Extra thick 5/8" double wall construction for unsurpassed strength, rigidity and insulation
  • Integral internal framework and ribbings in walls, roof and floor to provide strength and rigidity
  • Units can withstand over 225 lbs per ft² on the top and over 60 lbs per ft² on the door & side
  • UV Stabilized, graffiti, vandal, abrasion and fire resistant polyethylene
  • Proprietary steel "U" channel wall reinforcements providing strength and integrity

Hinges

Molded hinges with stainless steel pins.

Locks

Door locks are pop-out T-handles with removable lock cylinder manufactured by either the Chicago Lock Company or the Medeco High Security Lock Company. Locks are individually keyed and equipped with a vertical locking bar, which runs the full length of the door from top to bottom. Locks can also be master keyed. Lockers can also be used with padlocks. Internal locking hardware and full length locking bar allowing for unsurpassed security.

Installation

Flanged Surface Mount: Proprietary surface mounted leveling and anchoring system secured by steel anchor bolts possessing a maximum vertical adjustment of 5 inches. Close up of the CS 2-P showing proprietary leveling and anchoring mechanism. Units can level a maximum of 5 vertical inches.
